XPeng's G9L family SUV arrives with battery and range-extender versions

Six versions of the XPeng G9L, a five-seat family SUV 5,120 mm long, went on sale on 17 September at limited-time launch prices, with the entry version below the figure quoted when pre-sales opened in August. Four versions are battery-electric with CLTC ranges up to 755 km, and two pair a 63.3 kWh battery with a 1.5-litre turbo range extender for 435 km of electric range. XPeng says the first right-hand-drive cars are heading to Australia and that the model will be offered in 64 countries and regions.
